When you launched the product, you received error messages similar to the following:
- Customization file load failed.
- File not found: _.menuload.cui.
- Other _xxxxx.cui errors.
To correct this issue
- Check and see if XMLINST.EXE is located in the C:\Windows\System32 directory. If XMLINST.EXE is not there, download it and extract it.
- Check and see if MSXML3.DLL is located in the C:\Windows\System32 directory. If MSXML3.DLL is not there, download it and extract it.
- On the Start menu (Windows), click Run.
- In the Run dialog box, enter CMD. Click OK.
- At the command prompt, enter REGSVR32 MSXML3.DLL.
- At the command prompt, enter XMLINST.
- Reboot the system and launch Land Desktop 2006 or Land Desktop Companion 2006.
