AutoCAD DWG Trueview Error: Customization File Load Failed

When you launched the product, you received error messages similar to the following:

• Customization file load failed. 
• File not found:  _.menuload.cui.
• Other _xxxxx.cui errors. 

After you clicked OK to all of these messages, you received Unknown Command errors for every Land Desktop 2006 or Land Desktop Companion 2006 command you entered.

To correct this issue

1. Check and see if XMLINST.EXE is located in the C:\Windows\System32 directory. If XMLINST.EXE is not there, download it and extract it. 
2. Check and see if MSXML3.DLL is located in the C:\Windows\System32 directory. If MSXML3.DLL is not there, download it and extract it.
3. On the Start menu (Windows), click Run.
4. In the Run dialog box, enter CMD. Click OK.
5. At the command prompt, enter REGSVR32 MSXML3.DLL.
6. At the command prompt, enter XMLINST.
7. Reboot the system and launch Land Desktop 2006 or Land Desktop Companion 2006.
